It is undeniable that basketball is a favorite sport of most people. Many young players admire Kobe Bryant or Michael Jordan. Basketball is a fast-paced sport that requires skills and coordination. Players must develop offensive and defensive skills. Therefore, it is not easy for beginners to learn how to master this sport.
When coaching basketball drills for beginners it is necessary to start with the fundamentals. Drills are made to help players learn and develop the aspects of the game. The coach should let his basketball team of beginners by doing some of the basic drills such us handling, shooting, passing, and defending the ball.

Ball Control
Controlling or handling the ball is an important skill that every player must acquire. The best example of ball control is the dribbling drill. Regularly doing this drill improves players
