What do the doctors do at health checkup for sports?

Please make it detailed as possible. I’m joining a school’s sports team and I heard some weird things on what they do.

Same exact thing they to for a physical. A sports check up is no different than a regular physical.

They check your height, weight, blood pressure, they look at your ears nose and throat. (the normal stuff)
They ask you a few questions like do you drink? smoke? have sex? etc..

They do check for testicular cancer and hernias. The doctor just feels around your testicles and asks you to turn your head and cough and that’s it.
